Great house on Lake Lanier, large deck with lake view, 2 story dock, 2 kitchens, 2 refrigerators, sleeps 11. Quiet deep cove south end of the lake closest to Atlanta. Near sunset cove and Lanier Islands. Plenty of parking. Renovated throughout, all new floors, bathrooms and sinks, lighting, paint and furniture. Awesome house in a great neighborhood. Boat and wave runners are NOT available for rental. However, I have 3 locations nearby that you can rent and you can tie your rentals at the dock for a homebase. Please inquire about additional information if you are interested.
Huge deck with 3 different sitting areas to have a cocktail, grill out and talk with friends while enjoying the lake view. Living room overlooks the deck. Open kitchen area for cooking with friends. Downstairs features another kitchen. Steep walk down a driveway or walking path to the 2 story dock. Walk up latter for pets and people. Great swimming area. 3 canoes and a paddle board.
Plenty of parking in the driveway for 3 cars.
