Welcome to Villa NortherlyBirds! We are new owners which is the reason why we do not have many reviews yet! But we are very excited to describe our new home to you. Our villa in Lely resort has so much to offer! Where should I start?
Firstly, it is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on the Flamingo golf course. This means no neighbors at the back and no cars driving by! You can relax by the heated pool, cook a nice meal on the outdoor grill or just have a nap on the lounge chairs! There is also a large community pool just a few steps away.
You fancy a day at the beach? No problem! The home is located just 15 minutes to south of Old Naples (and beautiful 5th Street) and 10 minutes from Marco Island’s beach which is my absolute favorite! There are beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas at the house.
You are a food-lover? We really enjoy cooking ourselves and we have made sure that the kitchen is fully-equipped. There is also an outdoor grill and a brand new outdoor lounge area. You will also find several really nice restaurants nearby.
Oh and did I mention golfing? There are three golf courses in Lely Resort: The Classics (private course), the Mustang (public) and the Flamingo (public) designed by Robert Trent Jones. Lely Resort is ranked one of the Top 50 golf resorts in the United States by Golf World magazine as well as having received similar accolades from the experts at Golf Digest, Golfweek, and LINKS magazines.
And because we know that you like keeping in touch with friends and family during your holidays, we feel that it is only normal to include free WIFI with your rental.
The villa features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and connecting full bath suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. The villa has recently been freshly painted throughout.
