Summary: Here’s a polished version: Reworded: Everything was very good and the staff were extremely accommodating. My only concern was with the booking. I reserved three double queen rooms through the app, but upon arrival, only two were listed. My confirmation email clearly shows all three rooms. Fortunately, the staff were wonderful and helped me rebook the third room without any issues.
