You might say our home is a hidden treasure because it is located next to open farm fields and in a very quiet neighborhood. What most people don't know, is that the Austin airport and the F1 Race track are in the middle of Del Valle. Our home is only 6.5 miles to Austin Airport (door to door) & 1 mile from Circuit of America!
My Wife and I love Del Valle with its farmlands, while having all the convenience of City life! We are approximately 12 miles from the fun of 6th Street music, SOHO shopping and the historic Capital of Texas. We are 1.6 miles way from the Austin F1 Race track and amphitheater. The stunning F1 Tower can be seen from the front porch.
Downstairs:
Large open living and kitchen room with lots on windows to enjoy all the natural light. We have one bedroom and powder room (half bath).
Kitchen:
This gourmet kitchen with all the upgrades is a dream for anyone who loves to cook. All the appliance are stainless steel and marble counter tops. It is equipped with limited cooking utensils.
Utility Room:
The utility room sports a large capacity washer and dryer and cleaning supplies.
Living:
All living areas on the first floor have beautiful tile floors. The family room is cozy with 65" TV & surround sound system . The sofa turns into a large King sized bed for those large groups.
The Huge porch in the back yard will, to help you spread out to enjoy the beautiful weather in Austin. The fenced in back yard will give you the privacy to enjoy some conversations & ice down beers.

Upstairs has 4 bedrooms & a game room.
Master Bedroom:
The Master suite has two Queen beds with icomfort (tempur-pedic). The Master Bath has a large tub, separate shower, and double sinks with a large closet & a separate toilet room.
Austins attractions: 6th street, downtown, COTA F1 track, University of Texas, 360 Amphitheater, Airport, SXSW, ACL, Swimming water holes, Hiking & biking.
