Summary: The hotel has a very good location and a good view if you get a balcony room, but the rest are disappointing. They claim they do housekeeping every 2 days, which I am fine with. But in reality, no housekeeping was done in 2 days. When I asked them to do it, the front desk was rude, said he will call the service team, and "what else do you want?!" The service team member came and gave us two sets of towels, and that's it. No removal of trash and used towels. No restocking of shampoo, toilet paper. I had to ask again on the 3rd day for the housekeeping to take place. The room has a faint smell of smoke even though this is a smoke-free hotel. On Christmas Eve, the power went out. Granted it was not the hotel's fault, but the way they panicked without a plan was annoying on top of the power outage. The food at the restaurant was OK. The food at the lounge was salty and service was very slow. The pool looked old, so we didn't even try. Would not recommend.
