Our one-of-a-kind condo includes a freshly designed 1 bedroom with a King size bed, 1 full bathroom, with additional sleeping arrangements in the living room. The couch is an extremely comfortable, pull out, double size bed and we also provide a queen size air mattress.
The full kitchen is stocked with a basic starter kit of all the essentials you should need including cookware/glassware, a regular coffee pot and a Keurig!
Our private patio offers one of the best sunsets you will ever see in Nashville with an AMAZING city view! We do also offer a parking pass for $35/night. That gets you in the large parking garage at the building behind the secure garage doors for a safe space to park your vehicle!
You will have access to the entire unit and all amenities that our building has to offer! Which includes a heated pool, BBQ pits a gym, and cycling classes.
We will not be on property but are local and will be available at any time!
We are located right in the heart of Sobro district in downtown Nashville. You are a short walk to everything!
You should be able to walk almost anywhere you would like to go. If you choose you can get a lyft/uber or grab a scooter to get around at anytime!
Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guests amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150
1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
