This beach house is only 5 years old and contains all the comforts of home that you will need to thoroughly enjoy your vacation.
As you enter the foyer, you will see the first-floor nautical bedroom which contains a queen bed, dresser, night table, and a full bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower. The foyer hallway leads to a 1 car garage which houses 5 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach toys for the children.
As you ascend to the second floor, you will enjoy the sunny, open floor plan which connects the living room, modern kitchen, powder room, and large dining room. The gourmet kitchen features a granite breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, Keurig, blender, coffee pot, and all the necessary amenities to prepare your favorite meals. The living room offers a brand new (2020) sectional sofa as well as a brand new pull-out queen sofa bed, and a 55" 4K TV.
The remaining three bedrooms on the third floor also provide plush mattresses and plenty of drawer and closet space to make you feel at home. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, 43" 4K TV, walk-in closet, and adjoining full bathroom containing double sinks and a beautiful oversized tiled shower. The other two bedrooms are also beautifully decorated with one bedroom housing a queen-sized bed and the fourth bedroom containing two twin beds. The hallway leads to another full bathroom with a tub and tiled shower as well as a washer/dryer unit for your convenience.
Enjoy the rolling waves and sandy beach or venture out onto the bay on your rented kayak or paddleboard. The Jolly Roger Amusement Park is approximately two miles away, and the infamous Seacrets bar/restaurant is about a mile away. Remember to visit Kandy Kitchen if you have a sweet tooth. There are also many delicious restaurants close by. The Touch of Italy is located across the street offering authentic Italian food, and Dead Freddie's Island Grill is a few blocks away offering amazingly delicious seafood entrees. Also, a couple of blocks away is the famed Dough Roller serving up delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and casual dinner.
