You’ll discover that this renovated Island Cottage Home is in a perfect location- situated between the Village/Pier area and Redfern Village. It is only 1.5 miles to the wide soft sands at East Beach where you’ll have easy parking and restrooms. On a windy day you can smell the grills at the famous Southern Soul Barbeque. This 3 Bedroom, 2 bath cottage has beautiful tile flooring throughout. Check out the photos for the retro tiled bathrooms. A fully stocked kitchen and brand-new appliances in the kitchen make meal prep a pleasure. The open dining, kitchen and living rooms are a free-flowing gathering space for family and friends. All new furniture and premium bedding make this beach cottage super comfortable. The Starfish cottage is located within a short bike ride to the Village/Pier Area. Here you’ll find wonderful pubs, restaurants, shops, library, beach access and a public pool, along with tennis courts, pickle ball, and a designated dog park along the way. Our neighborhood is quiet and friendly and has easy access to the many bicycle and walking paths that Saint Simons Island has to offer.
You will love the comfy space on the covered patio which overlooks a large fenced-in back yard- perfect for letting the kids play and your dogs to run around. The 42” flat screen will keep you company while you’re playing fetch with your pup. You will be able to cook your catch of the day on the new Weber gas grill. The cottage comes equipped with 2 bicycles for guest use.
Our neighborhood is wonderful and we take care to ensure that our guests feel at home while respecting the folks that live here full-time. Loud noise nor large parties are not appropriate for this area.
2 dogs under 50 lbs are welcome with pet fee! $150 for one pup or $225 for two.
