Our Farmhouse Chic home in Maryville has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the other two rooms have queen beds. Two full bathrooms means no waiting in line for the shower in the mornings! There's even a washer and dryer for cleaning clothes and/or towels.
**NOTE: Part of the road to the home has a 10-foot bumpy patch. Use caution and drive safely.**
Guests may access the entire home and yard. WiFi is provided for quick work or entertainment needs. Keyless self-entry with keypad and Smartlock, so you don’t have to check in at an office!

*Pets allowed - $100 non-refundable pet fee. Be sure to pack crate and bedding. Please crate your pet when you aren’t there. Any scratches or damages will result in an extra charge. Dogs and cats only. 2 pets maximum! Must pay a pet fee, we will know if you bring pets. Please clean up after your pet!
*We have plenty of room available for parking. The carport can fit 2 cars underneath, but there is room for 4 cars TOTAL.
*We do routine pest control around the property, but being a home in the woods, there may be occasional bugs. Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent bugs from coming inside.
*To keep clothes and towels fresh and clean, there’s a laundry closet with a washing machine and dryer. You may bring your own detergent and dryer sheets if you wish.
*There is not a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink, so please dispose of food waste in the trash.
*Home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of both short-term rentals and permanent residents. Parties are forbidden. If you plan to party, this is not the home for you.
*We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoos, and dishwasher pods. You’ll likely need to bring more.
*Bring your own condiments, creamers, seasonings, oil, and anything else you think you’ll need to make your stay more enjoyable.
*We also provide a starter set of towels. The washer and dryer may be used if towels get dirty or wet. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.
*There is one doorbell camera and one camera on the corner of the home. If you touch or tamper with the camera or cover the camera in ANY way, you WILL be asked to leave the property immediately without refund. NO tampering with camera in any way. The camera is there for your protection and ours!
*There are ecobee thermostat sensors around the home. These simply measure body heat in the rooms to balance the temperature of the home and ensure eco-friendliness and sustainability. They absolutely do not have cameras and do not have a way to record whatsoever.
*NO late checkout or early check in. If you arrive early or leave late, there will be a $100 charge per hour.
*NO refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, road closures, and other things that are beyond our control.
