* Do not rearrange the furniture.
* Event hosting: If you plan to host an event (e.g wedding, graduation), please contact us first to discuss.
* Parties: Unauthorized parties will result in extra cleaning fees. If noise complaints arise from neighbors, you may be asked to leave immediately.
