Enjoy this centrally located place. We've owned this home for over 20 years and have recently moved and decided to share its beauty with others. Great location for a family vacation, or families visiting their child/ren in college, as we are minutes from PC, Johnson & Wales, RIC, Brown, Bryant, URI, and CCRI. Lots to see, from beaches to mansions in Newport, local shops, restaurants, and lounges.
Other details: Please note that the home does not have a central air conditioning system. During the months of July and August, portable air conditioning units are provided to help keep the home comfortable during the summer months. If you would like the home cooled before your arrival, please submit your request at least 48 hours before check-in.
Additionally, please note that the staircase leading to the upper level is relatively steep. While it meets all applicable building requirements, it may not be suitable for individuals with mobility challenges or families with very young children. We encourage guests to review all listing photos and descriptions carefully before booking to ensure the property is a good fit for their needs.
Dishwasher: Please note that the dishwasher was recently damaged and is temporarily out of service. A replacement unit has already been ordered; however, it is currently on backorder.
