This stunning 3 bed 3 full bath condo has a large balcony with breathtaking 10th floor views of Ole River, the bay and Ono Island. This condo has some of the best views in the entire building and on the island! The condominium has a private beach walkway which leads to the beach. Private boat slip available upon request for an additional cost. Must request at time of reservation!
Unit 1004 features a king bed in the master suite. The master bathroom offers a large Jacuzzi tub with a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom offers 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have large attached modern bathrooms. There is a new queen size sofa sleeper in the unit. There is plenty of seating on the balcony to include teak furniture. The unit has a full sized washer and dryer inside and wi-fi is provided. There are televisions in all of the bedrooms. Free Wifi.

Bella Luna offers 3 large outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, indoor & outdoor hot tubs, state of the art fitness center with TV's attached to equipment, a sauna, steam room, and a first come first serve tie-up area for your boat. There are charcoal grills and a picnic area overlooking the water. This condo is within walking distance of the Flora Bama and the Flora Bama Yacht Club. Chair rentals are available during the late spring, summer & early fall on the beach. Parking passes must be purchased onsite.
Bella Luna HOA policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25. Parking passes are $50 each, and purchased at the time of arrival through the HOA. Maximum 2 vehicles- strict.
**There are boat slip rentals for $50.00 per day that you can rent by getting in touch with Roberts Brothers Vacation Rentals property management or from the Bella Luna front desk property manager given there are any slips to rent. Roberts Brothers Vacation Rentals does not guarantee any guest a boat slip. **Boat trailers are NOT allowed to park on Bella Luna properties. Guest must make their own accommodations for their personal boat trailers.
