This house is located in an older river neighborhood, the main road is a state maintained dirt road, in very good shape most of the time , only when it rains it gets a little bumpy.
In the past I have lived here full time for several years and loved the neighborhood. It's not a cookie cutter neighborhood and some of the homes are older, not lived in full time and may not be up kept like our rental property. The neighbors that do live there full time are great
