Great location just one block off the bayfront and lighted fishing pier. Newly completed (2023) 3-bedroom 2 bath barndominium in Seadrift. Spacious kitchen opens to downstairs living room and dining area, ideal for family gatherings and fishing trips. There is a nice loft upstairs to send the kids to watch a movie or play games while the adults relax downstairs. Partial views of the waterfront from the backyard. Pier fishing is easy, as the fishing pier is literally at the end of the block.
Bring your boat! There is ample room to park your boat next to the house and the boat ramp is just down the street. There is parking for at least 3 vehicles plus your boat. Let us know if additional parking is needed.
Kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer. Family can sit at the island bar and laugh together while you prepare meals. Everything to cook your days catch and enjoy a family meal. Or there are several delicious local restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking after a day on the water.
The downstairs bedroom boasts a king size bed. Two bedrooms upstairs include a queen size bed and bunk room with a full over full bunk bed and an additional full-size bed. If you need additional sleeping space, there is a double twin trundle bed in the loft and a queen-size pull-out couch in the living room. Our home easily sleeps 12 people with space for additional air mattresses if needed. Downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo & upstairs bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
