Living room has a second full sizes bed. 1 Bathroom, Full kitchen with spices utensils, and cookware. Laundry in unit. Linens, towels and basics provided. There is also a leather sofa, smart TV, huge kitchen island, a desk, and 20’ ceilings! The chef’s kitchen has a spacious 4'x8' island, a stainless steel dishwasher, bottom freezer fridge, full size range and over the range microwave. The laundry area has a stacking, front-load Washer and Dryer.
There is parking onsite for 1 car. It's also an easy 1 mile walk to downtown Melbourne. Completely remodeled. Comfy and new! Long term discounts. Great for relocations and larger, family-stays. There is another unit onsite. The trash/recycling/parking areas are shared. Please be considerate of others. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am. Owner lives nearby and monitors all correspondence.
