Newly constructed in 2022, this townhome community is located directly across from the ocean off of A1A. Enjoy privacy in these townhomes just a quick walk to the beach. Located in peaceful Daytona Beach Shores, Oceans 25 Townhomes are ideally situated. Located a quick drive or walk over is the Shores Community Center which hosts many activities including tennis and pickleball. Oceans Gulf Club is also about a 1 minute drive away. Publix Grocery Store is a 2-3 minute drive away as well as many beach-side parks. Many local restaurants and shops are located within a mile or two of these townhomes as well.
This particular townhome is unique and offers those with limited mobility access to the two guest bedrooms on the first level unlike most of the other town homes which have all the bedrooms on the second level. It's also dog friendly! Guests can bring up to two dogs with a weight limit of 25lb each. Please see the notes at the end of the description of pet-fee information.
The first level holds the two guest bedrooms, a full bathroom, the laundry room, and the converted garage. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed while the second guest bedrooms has a queen/queen bunk bed. There's a full bathroom between the two guest bedrooms which includes a shower/tub combo. The garage has been transformed into a vacation getaway within itself! Plenty of additional seating, a full pool table, additional refrigerator, and TV make this a great spot for gathering together. The garage door is still fully functional and the furniture is indoor/outdoor so that guests can dine al fresco in the driveway or in the shade of the garage if they'd like.
The second level of the home holds the remaining rooms. The primary suite hosts a king bed, desk area, and TV. The ensuite primary bathroom features a double vanity, private toilet closet, and a large walk-in shower.
The fully stocked kitchen leads into the dining area for six. The sprawling living room boasts relaxing furnishings and a large flat screen television. From the dining area, step onto your private, second floor patio and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license. Items to note:
The garage is used a bonus space so there is no garage parking. Up to 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, can park in the driveway. We also do not allow trailers or recreational vehicles on-site at any of our properties but we'll be happy to refer you to an off-site parking company after booking upon request. This townhome has parking for up to two full-size vehicles in the driveway or the motorcycle equivalent. Guests may bring up to two dogs with a weight limit of 25lbs each. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee per dog that is not shown in your online quote. Please notify us prior to booking or immediately after booking that you have a pet and we'll process your fee.

After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
