We acquired this property on Lake Marion in 2015 and did a complete renovation, including all hardwood floors from reclaimed barn wood, brand new EVERYTHING - kitchen appliances, kitchen farm sink, counter tops, claw foot tub, toilets, furniture, decor, fixtures, Smart TV's (in every room!), a/c and heating unit, water heater, and more! The unit is equipped with Direct TV and Netflix (account already hooked up!) in the living room and both bedrooms. There is an active security system from Livewatch Security. The property also has a covered building that can accommodate a boat (landing is football field away!). This is a safe and quiet lake neighborhood, with a marina and restaurant within walking distance.
