Summary: Unit is newer so everything is clean and tidy which is extremely important for us. Awesome communication with host and seamless check in process. The only cons are that the unit is missing lots of items that you would typically find in a long term stay unit. For example, there is no iron, ironing board, can opener, cork screw, drinking glasses (there are coffee mugs) vaccum, hangers, etc. We had to go out and purchase those items. The pro's are that the unit is centrally located with quick access to 85/75 and 20. There is a nice gym on property and heated pool.
