The cozy and peaceful Lopes Retreat is in a gated community with luxurious amenities for sport and leisure. It has been entirely renovated with style and brand-new furniture. Your family would enjoy the open space concept and create beautiful memories in the living room, sharing stories, playing games or seating back and streaming your favorite movies with a high-speed Wi-Fi on a Smart TV. The apartment also has a workspace, makeup vanity and much more for your pleasurable stay. The apartment is a walk distance from Walgreens, Walmart, Seven Eleven, Pizzaria (Ninas Pizza), Coffeeshop (Aroma and Bread Coffee Shop), Ice-cream (Jr Tropical Ice cream) etc.

Living Room: pull-out sofa bed (65” long x 47.75” wide), bigger than a twin, smaller than a full, two comfy chairs, coffee table, décor and 50” Smart TV with Netflix and more.

The classy kitchen is open to a dining area that seats 4 in addition to 2 island stools. The kitchen also includes stainless steel appliances and center island.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes; drinking glasses, coffee mugs, kid-friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, toaster, blender, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee,sugar and filters)!
Dining: Kitchen Island with 2 stools, dining room table that seats 4 plus
Games: Cards, board Games, Tennis racquets and balls, Volleyball, Basket ball.
2 A/C Units: 1 for Living room, dining and Kitchen with remote to adjust temperature, second A/C for bedroom and Bathroom pre-set for 75 degrees day and 73 degrees night.

Toilet paper, paper towels, basic food seasonings, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo and conditioner, shower soap, laundry soap, laundry softener etc. provided!
Trash: Pick up is Thursday and Friday early morning. Please place bins out (on the street) for collection on Wednesday (RECYCLE BLUE BIN) and Thursday (WASTE TRASH BEIGE BIN) evenings. $100 off-schedule pick-up fee for any trash not taken out. If you are not staying on Wednesday and Thursday, just put the trash inside the bins and leave the bins by the house.

We are a happy young couple with no children yet, that loves travel and love the community. Based on our experience with all the attractions in Orlando, from culinary, theme parks and close by beaches and experience as a Guest around the world, we tried our best to make the Lopes Retreat the place where you will create awesome memories and make it your home away from home.
