This 1BR 1BA is a simple, quiet hidden property located in Tulia, TX. It is small but clean and very simple and quiet. The house sits off of the beaten path and is nestled in the center of town. You have your living room that has a couch that makes into a full sized bed, reclining chair and books and puzzles for your pleasure. The dining room features a small but cute table with four chairs and the tiny kitchen has a tiny stove and a small fridge and is equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and all of the major necessities including a coffee pot (with coffee and filters) and a microwave. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and also has a nice desk area for any business that you may have. The bathroom is small but has standing shower and plenty of towels. There is a small garage, only good for a tiny car and a washer and dryer are available in there. There is a cozy porch out front that would make a good spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.
