*Watch Cable TV, log onto your streaming service, or watch a DVD on the 55" rotating wall-mounted TV complete with high quality Bluetooth-enabled soundbar. (Free wireless internet provided).
*The renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower and beautiful custom-made ocean-themed mosaic tiling throughout.
*There is a washer and dryer unit in the bathroom.
*The condo has private beach access and oceanfront swimming pool.
*Newly renovated walk-over bridge from the pool area to the beach, among the improvements are a seated shower area and extended hose for rinsing- work performed by the owner, Rich Cowan- Master Builder and Man of Many Talents!
*Enjoy a late afternoon walk on the beach, then cook up some hamburgers or seafood on the charcoal grill down by the pool.
*Included Linens/Bedding: Queen Sheet Set, Bath Towel Set and Kitchen Towel Set, Pillows, Bedspread, Quilt Blanket. If you will be using the Full Size Sleeper Sofa Bed please let me know at time of booking and a Full Size Sheet Set will be included in your linen package.
*As the linen package cost is included in the rental rate, IF YOU BRING YOUR OWN BED SHEETS, BATH AND KITCHEN TOWELS, $50 WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW AT TIME OF BOOKING IF YOU CHOOSE TO BRING YOUR OWN LINENS.

*There is no elevator in this condominium but it is only 15 stair steps to our unit.
*One parking space per stay and sorry, no trailers allowed.
