Living room has two futon couches that fold into full size beds with storage in the ottoman’s with linens and pillows in them. Golf course and Rayburn resort located 2 miles away. Rayburn resort marina located 4 miles away. Three boat ramps, including Umphrey pavilion within 5 miles. Nice quiet neighborhood.
Plenty of parking for two boats and vehicles, outside electrical outlets for charging, one is covered parking with lighting. 100 yards down the road as the community trail providing access to Lake Sam Rayburn. The trail is only to be used by ATV or on foot no vehicles allowed.
