Welcome to your "home away from home", This 2 bedroom 1 bath whole house is located in a residential neighborhood in South Daytona. Just a stone's throw from numerous parks as well as the Halifax River, 3.5 miles from the beach, 6 miles to the Daytona International Speedway and the Daytona Beach airport, 1 hour from Orlando,1 hour to Kennedy Space Center, and with plenty of shops, malls, and restaurants close-by this location checks all the boxes. We even have an ice cream shop a 2 minute walk from the house, at the end of the street. Enjoy all that the Daytona Beach area has to offer!

The master bedroom features a King size bed with Nectar memory foam mattress. Dresser and closet are available for guest's use.
The second, nautical-themed bedroom has two twin size beds with memory foam mattresses. Again a dresser and closet are available for use. The bathroom, located between the two bedrooms, is recently updated with a new tub, tile walls, and shiplap ceiling.
The living room area has a 43 inch TV with Roku setup.
A separate "bonus room" off of the kitchen has a desk for your laptop and a sleeper sofa, which pulls out into a Full XL size bed, with a new foam topper and bedding available. The fenced backyard features a patio table for you to dine outside and enjoy the warm Florida air! This patio table can also be folded and brought inside for additional indoor dining space. The backyard is fenced.
All linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, drip coffee machine, pots and pans, cooking utensils, paper towels, sponge, dish soap, and drying rack (no dishwasher). Full size refrigerator, stove, and microwave included. Washer and dryer are on premises (in the enclosed area in the carport). Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. This home has high-speed Wifi. We provide your first day's coffee and coffee fixings, and paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) to get you started for your stay. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash are provided.
For those traveling with children, we have a pack 'n play available for use. There is also an expandable toddler bed rail which can be placed under a mattress if so desired. We also have a booster style high chair available that can attach to a regular dining chair. Children's utensils and plastic plates and bowls are provided. Audio baby monitors, baby gate, and stroller available upon request.
