Close to the center of Aiken, relax in this spacious home with large fully fenced in large back yard for everyone to enjoy including your fur babies. Swing on a swing, enjoy conversation around the fire pit, play cornhole, disc golf and more. Virginia Acres is around the corner, the Alley in downtown Aiken is 2.5 miles, only a 35 minute drive to the Augusta National Golf Course and close to several of the horse tracks!

Black Beauty is a ranch home that comfortably sleeps 8 and is pet friendly. When you walk in the front door you enter the spacious living space which can seat 8 and has a large SMART TV. To the left is a large bedroom that has a King bed, ceiling and box fan, 45" Smart TV, dresser and a place to hang your clothes.
Off the King size bedroom to the back is a dining room then back door/laundry area and a bathroom that has a shower.
Of the laundry area and straight back from entering the home is the kitchen which has a lot of amenities for the ease of cooking, if desired.
To the right after entering in the home down the hallway there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 that has 2 twin beds, in addition, a bathroom with a tub/shower.
All bedrooms have USB ports and box fans. The queen bedrooms have a SMART TV.
The backyard is super spacious with privacy and string lights. There is a firepit, disc golf, corn hole, and swings.
You have full access to the house and backyard.
