Summary: The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. There was black hair in different places, the toilet ran, tiles on the floor were loose causing me to almost slip. The bed sheets were itchy. The heater didn’t get hot. The overnight staff wasn’t friendly but the check-in staff was good
