Brand new dock, a.c., floors, oven, microwave, fridge. 2nd story deck faces west for beautiful sunsets on the canal. concrete entertainment area below the main deck with seating that overlooks the canal for entertainment or fishing purposes. Complimentary kayaks to use in the canal. Charcoal and stainless propane grill downstairs. The canal is great for swimming and you can use the ladder on the dock to get in. 3 block walk to the beautifully maintained private beach and access to all that Sea Isle has to offer including a marina, key to the private boat launch, bar and restaurant, and private gated fishing pier. Complimentary keurig with k-cups and coffee pot with coffee provided in fridge. Wi-fi, 55 in. LED tv. in livingroom and 55 in. LED flat screen in master. 2 full baths, Full washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Queen sized bed in the master, 2 sets of single bunk beds in the 1st guest room and a full sized bunk in the 2nd guest room. No garage access. There is a communal pool but renters are required to go to the office directly next to the pool to pay for a pass in order to have access. The owner has nothing to do with access to the pool.
