Our wonderful villa offers something for everyone. Situated on a gated-community in Davenport, Orlando, a luxurious 4 bedroomed (2 kings, 1 queen and 2 twins), 3 bathroom villa. Peace, activity, sun and fun. We have a internet connection with Wifi that covers the whole area of the house including the pool deck.
Our villa is state registered and subject to regular inspection. It is managed by a professional management company, dedicated to ensuring that our villa is kept in the best condition with weekly pool, grounds and pest maintenance so that you have trouble free holiday experience in our home in the sun.
Solana Resort is an exclusive and purpose built gated community of vacation rental homes that features a large clubhouse with all the facilities that you would expect from a top rated vacation resort. Situated only minutes from Disney and near all the other central Florida attractions it is the ideal location for your vacation.
Drinks and snacks can be purchased from the front desk in the Clubhouse and there is a concierge service with helpful advice to help you plan your days out at Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios and the other theme parks. The friendly staff can also offer advice on nearby restaurants, shopping, golf courses or any other information that you may need to know. They are dedicated to helping guests with their vacation or conference needs.
THE PRIVATE POOL
For your security and safety there is a safety fence around the pool so little children can't wander out by the pool unbeknownst to adults. Pool heating can be requested and paid for separately. It can be activated remotely, so that means you can actually order this even after you have checked in.
THE CLUBHOUSE
Inside the air-conditioned clubhouse there is a lovely large lounge area with a widescreen television which is perfect for relaxing out of the heat. The clubhouse also offers free wireless internet access if you wish to use your own laptop either inside or out by the pool.
If you want to burn off some energy there is a fantastic fitness room with all the popular equipment free for the guests use - cycling machines, running machines and multi-gym amongst others.
