Beautiful 2 story Charleston style home in Mitchell Park subdivision of Riverwood Plantation. Sidewalks, parks and white picket fences abound in this charming neighborhood. The house has many places outside to sit and enjoy the day as well as a golf cart available to take you Champions Retreat (1 mile away) to play a round on their 27 hole course. Two bedrooms downstairs with three bedrooms upstairs makes this the perfect house for you and your guests. Enjoy the open feel of this tastefully decorated home ready for Masters Week!
Master bedroom and private bath are located on main floor along with a private bedroom (office) and single bed also on the main floor (office downstairs can be made into a bedroom upon request). Upstairs, enjoy a large bedroom with queen bed, walkout balcony to the front of the house and a shared bathroom with bedroom #2 (jack and jill, separate vanities). Bedroom #3 has a queen bed with its own private full bath. Each room has cable TV, there is a gas grill and a golf cart available. There is seating for 13 with a breakfast table that seats 4, a large farmhouse table that seats 7 (or more), and two barstools. We pride ourselves on making your experience here in Augusta one to remember. The house had modern decorating and is ready for the Masters Tournament with plenty of golf memorabilia to explore. Updates in 2018 include new interior paint throughout the home as well as brand new carpet throughout. Updates for 2019 include brand new Master Closet and exterior paint.
