Great views of the rocket launches and cruise ships leaving Port Canaveral. This beach front condo complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. There is covered and open parking. And on the inside, the primary bath and guest bath are fully equipped with all the necessities. Linens and towels are provided. TV's are in the living room, master bedroom, and guest room. Content is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster etc. The primary bedroom has a king size adjustable bed, and the guest room has a Queen size bed and a twin bed. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. The complex also has a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grills, and a car wash area. Conveniently located near Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart, and many restaurants. Beach towels, beach chairs (2) and an umbrella are provided.
