Ground floor studio condo, no stairs, cute patio w/ 2 chairs & small table.
NO ocean view, only a peek-a-boo ocean view from the patio.
The shared resort Deck w/ panoramic ocean view, is amazing, w/ two pools (one heated), tables, chairs, umbrellas, lounges & a few BBQ s.
It has direct access to the Beach & Ocean.
Free parking- 1 car allowed/condo
Complex w/ Gym & Laundry room.
A cute, small restaurant in the complex and a 7-Eleven convenience store right across the street.
There are restaurants nearby. Also, less than 1 mile away there are several attraction points, such as the Main St, the Pier, the Boardwalk, the Ocean Center for events, Peabody Theater and much more.
Situated on the peninsula, on the ocean side of Atlantic Ave, our place is conveniently located half mile away from two popular bridges, the International Speedway Bridge and the Silver Bridge. Silver Bridge takes you to a beautiful area, called the Halifax Esplanade, with restaurants, coffee places, Art galleries, the Chocolate Factory, an elegant manicured park by the Halifax River and much more.

A futon couch & coffee table make sitting area inviting & relaxing to read or watch shows on the new large 55" screen smart TV.
The Wi-Fi and TV Cable are provided by Spectrum.
The electric fireplace TV console adds a pleasant ambiance.
Kitchinette w/ electric skilette and a new Slow-Cooker, perfect for light cooking, but NO stove.
A tall mini-fridge w/ top freezer, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster. Dishes, silverware, cups, glasses, cutting board, etc.
Cute dinette separate eating area w/ oval table & two chairs.
Good size bathroom w/ shower & wall mounted support bar. Blow dryer, towels and toiletries provided.
Closet w/ mirror doors on hallway.
NO cameras inside condo for your privacy.
This condo accommodates best only 2 adults and it's not infants or young kids friendly.
Very important, in case you have day visitors with a young child, please do not leave the child unattended at anytime, either inside the condo or anywhere on the property's premises.
