Summary: I requested a late check out. The night attendant told me noon was the latest I could get. I was fine with this. The next morning I at 11:15am the housekeeper knocked once and opened the door without me even having time to get to door. Thankfully, the deadbolt was on the door or she would’ve caught me getting out of the shower. Then about five minutes later someone again knocked at my door. So I asked who was it. And on the other side of the door, someone yelled at me to open the door now. I was not dressed, so I said I’m sorry I’m not dressed. I’m not doing that and then she informed me that checkout was at 11 and then I needed to leave. I informed her that I’ve already spoken to the night attendant and she told me I could leave at 12 and that’s exactly what I was going to be doing. Obviously the night attendant did not put in my request which is on her and I was treated very rudely by whoever was knocking at my door and it’s unacceptable for the maid to knock one time and then open the door without giving someone a chance to even get to the door. Horrible service would not recommend.
