ATL15 - This newly built 6 bedroom, 4 bath home is truly a sight to be seen. This luxury home includes a custom kitchen and beautifully done bathrooms. Immaculately done it has every amenity, including an in-ground pool and patio area. Once you stay here, you'll never want to leave! Multiple decks and porches, Natural Gas Grill, beautiful in-laid hardwood floors throughout, open bright, spacious floor plan with stone fireplace in living room, rich cabinetry and granite kitchen with high-end appliances, flat panel TVs in most rooms. More? Of course! Relax in a lounger at your private in-ground pool (NO use of hot tub or garage sorry). All this and less then 1/2 block to the boardwalk and beach. 1 King, 3 Queen 2 twin & 1 Queen size sofa pullout. 7 color tv's, outdoor furniture. High-Speed internet access, 4 car off-street parking. Owner provides pillows/blankets for all beds. Tenants to supply bed linens/towels.
