It boasts a large fenced-in backyard, 2 porches, a spacious living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, brick fireplace, comfortable beds and lots of good energy. The trees surrounding this home give it a remote, treehouse feel yet you are minutes away from downtown Asheville and Biltmore village.
This home is entirely yours, you have access to the front and back yards, porches and the entire interior of the home. Enjoy lounging in the cozy living room next to the brick fireplace or soak up golden hour on the back porch. There is a gas grill and 4 seat table on the porch for al fresco dining. The front yard is home to blueberry bushes and a fig tree. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home cooking. The back bathroom hosts a new washer and dryer. Please note the back bathroom is located off of the kitchen and has a small shower. If you prefer a tub, enjoy a soak in the hallway bathroom surrounded by candlelight. For contactless food delivery try Takeout Central or for nearby dine-in restaurants try The Red Stag, Corner Kitchen or Standard Pizza Co in Biltmore village. Also within walking distance are.
