As you approach the home, you`ll come upon our extremely spacious front yard. As you enter, the first of two living rooms is on your right. The living room has a couch and several comfy loungers, and a smart TV, perfect for those lazy days. Past the first living room is the first of four bedrooms, and a full bathroom.
Walking up the split level (about 5 stairs), is the second of two living rooms perfect for evening cocktails. Just off the living room is the dining area, Enjoy leisurely breakfasts at the breakfast bar or gather around the dining table for memorable family dinners. Walking up another split level (about 7 steps), are three additional bedrooms, and one bathroom.
Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding and ample storage space, ensuring a restful night`s sleep after a day of seaside adventures. Two bathrooms offer cleanliness and comfort, with clean towels provided for your convenience.
Back on the main floor, step outside onto the expansive deck, where you`ll find a private oasis perfect for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the salty breeze. Kick off your shoes and fire up the grill for a barbecue feast.

PARKING: Driveway parking for 2 cars plus plenty of additional free street parking nearby.
TVs: There are TV`s in several bedrooms and both living rooms. All of our TV`s are Smart TV`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.
STAIRS: This is a split level home. Upon entry there are approx 3 steps down to den + 1 bedroom, 5 stairs up into living room/kitchen, and 6 stairs up into additional bedroom space.
HVAC: the home is heated and cooled via a central air system.
Pet Policy: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking—no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.

- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.

- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
- Do not disable, cover, unplug, remove, or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, exterior security cameras, noise monitoring devices, WiFi equipment, locks, or other safety or security equipment.
- Guests must follow all posted and property-specific parking instructions and are responsible for violations, tickets, or towing resulting from their vehicles.
- Fireworks, firecrackers, and other incendiary devices are prohibited.
-Guests may not enter locked closets, owner storage areas, roofs, mechanical areas, crawlspaces, or other areas designated as restricted.
- Electric vehicles, electric bikes, scooters, or other high-draw equipment may not be charged from the property`s electrical system unless specifically authorized.

If cooking results in lingering odors that require professional deodorizing or additional cleaning, guests may be responsible for the associated remediation costs and, where applicable, losses resulting from the home being temporarily unavailable for subsequent guests.
GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company`s secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in.
