The sunroom is a multipurpose with an office space (desk, chair, laptop, and printer), work-out/ yoga area, and a lounging chaise. The kitchen and living area have an open concept with a seated bar and dining room area. No Carpet.......The house has luxury vinyl plank and ceramic tile throughout. The fenced back yard provides an outdoor retreat with a firepit, but the best to come is a short walk away with a fully fish stocked pond.....we provide 2 fishing poles. Located in Northeast Columbia, SC, this townhome is close to the Sandhills Shopping Center and a plethora of new restaurants. Additionally, its less that 5 miles from the Lexington Medical Center Northeast as well as Providence Hospital Northeast.....and only 7-10 minutes from the interstate highways (I77 and I20).
