The condominium is also located on one of the very few no-drive sections of the beach. Please note that through all of 2025 there will be work at this complex. The worst of the noise is completed, and any jackhammering of concrete would be minimal and brief. The remaining work should have minimal-moderate noise impacts during the daytime only. Timelines and impacts subject to change.
