In the trophy trout zone with abundant Rainbow and Brown trout, bass, and more depending on time of year. The owner has provided 3 kayaks for your enjoyment. Shallow water entry is great for the whole family! Fire pit (fire wood not provided) with seating to relax and watch the fireflies dance after a fun filled day on the river.
This house has everything you need for the perfect escape! From the minute you step through the entryway, you will be wowed! This spacious home offers high ceilings, large open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, high capacity washer and dryer, modern furnishings and many designer touches.
The downstairs is luxury at its finest! Enjoy gorgeous views of the Guadalupe River through ample windows bringing in natural light. Relax in the elegant living room with leather sofas, high speed internet, Netflix, and Alexa with Prime Music Unlimited and Amazon Prime Video. Gather around the large kitchen island with 8 stools or the dining table that seats 8. Take your coffee out on the huge 450 sq ft covered deck and drink in the scenery or watch the deer bed on your island and play in the open fields across river. There is a charcoal/smoker grill.
On the main floor you will find the master bedroom. It boasts a king size bed with an amazing view of the river and private access to the covered deck. It has a large closet and you can access the full bathroom from the master and the living space. This bathroom has double sinks and a large walk in rain shower. Upstairs there is a loft area with a river view, it has a twin over twin bunk bed and a full over full bunk bed. This space sleeps 6 guests. There are 2 bedrooms down the hall, both have a river view. The first bedroom has a queen bed and full size bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. There is a full bathroom conveniently located between the loft and upstairs bedrooms. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms.
Parking for 8 vehicles. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 16 guests.
