The first floor includes a large family room, dining room that seats 12, modern updated kitchen, living room with a fireplace , full bath and large front porch. On the second floor there are two spacious bedrooms with queen size beds and two full bathrooms (one in Master Bedroom) as well as a large front porch. On the 3rd floor there are 13 foot ceilings and three large bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and pop-up 2 twin or combined king trundle; another with two twin beds and the 3rd with a full size bed and twin bed loft bunk. Outside, relax in a rocking chair or comfortable porch furniture on either of the two front porches as the horse-drawn carriages go by, or enjoy music and a cold drink in the fenced backyard complete with an outdoor shower, patio furniture/umbrella and a propane BBQ grill.
